Captain "Jo" Jodee Henderson

Captain Jo, also known as Chelsea Jo, became part of the Chelsea family in 2024. She is the full time captain of the Chelsea IV. Jo grew up on Lake Erie and started her career first mating on many charter boats in the western basin. She had the drive to continue on from a first mate and obtained her captains license.  While she grew up drift fishing, she has become quite the troller. Captain Jo is very patient and strives to make sure everyone have a good time. Everyone loves "Chelsea Jo". Her dog Atlas has stolen Jo's heart and everyone he meets on the dock. You can often catch him relaxing in the captain seat helping his mom at the dock. He does work for treats! 

Captain Dave is a licensed USCG for over 15 years and will be running "Miss Chelsea".  Former owner of Fast Action Charters decided to give us a hand this season while he put his focus on managing Midwest Woodlots Free Range Outfitters guided white tail and turkey hunting.  Dave is a father of two teenagers and understands and embraces youth fishing, keeping traditions alive. After fishing with Dave head down and visit his wife Syd at the Bait house in Port Clinton for a cold drink and live entertainment. 

"Dirky - Turkey- Beef Jerky"- is our official security and Ice tester. He makes weekly checks to ensure the geese are chased off the dock, as well as  all boats are iced down with good quality H2O. He takes his job very seriously especially when the purple parrot is open for ice cream on the way home.
